Modified Medial Heel Skive

I have posted to YouTube a short video on how to apply a Modified Medial Heel Skive to a positive cast. This is different from the original Kirby method in that the amount of skive is quanitifed in degrees (not millimeters). the Modified Medial Heel Skive is also biplanar -- pitched in a sagittal as well as frontal plane -- to allow the skive to sit more parallel to the plane of the heel seat of the shoe.
